I. Promotion Period: April 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011

II. Eligible Participants:

Distributor Sales Representatives that are employed by any STOKO Skin Care registered distributor are eligible to participate in the Refreshing Rewards Program offered by STOKO Skin Care, Evonik Stockhausen, LLC and administered by Capitol Marketing Concepts.

III. Key Dates:

April 1, 2011 Promotion Begins

May 5, 2011 Points are posted online, DSR’s notified of posting

June 5, 2011 Points are posted online, DSR’s notified of posting

July 5, 2011 Points are posted online, DSR’s notified of posting

Aug 5, 2011 Points are posted online, DSR’s notified of posting

Sept 5, 2011 Points are posted online, DSR’s notified of posting

Sept 30, 2011 Promotion Ends, all final paperwork and claims must be sent into STOKOSkin Care headquarters by October 15, 2011.

Oct 31, 2011 Final points are posted online, DSR’s notified of posting and final point value.

Oct 31, 2012 All points and travel certificates are valid for one year. All points must be redeemed and any certificates for travel must be used during the one year period following the completion of the program.

IV. Earning Points

Points are earned for the installation of 4 in 1 Dispensers and for the sale of 4 in 1 refills for NEW BUSINESS. No points will be awarded for changing out current STOKO business or replacing currently installed STOKO dispensing systems.

• 3 points will be awarded for each dispenser installed.
  
• 7 points will be awarded for each refill sold.
  
• 50 Dispensers installed with refill qualifies for promotion and to begin earning points.

V. Redeeming Points

Refreshing Rewards: Start earning points for merchandise or travel right away. Earn more points to start earning travel rewards and bigger, better stuff!

• Online, point based tracking
  
• DSR’s will submit proof of delivery/ install of dispensers and sale of refills.
  
• STOKO enters information online and points are calculated
  
• DSR will receive a username/password to website to track and redeem points
  
• Points are for new business; no points will be earned for change outs
  
• Installs to be verified by STOKO Field Support and random audits will be conducted by STOKO Skin Care
  
• DSR’s can check their progress online and redeem points at any time for merchandise or travel. (points / vouchers good for 1 year post promotion)

PRO Level: Final Four, The Masters, Kentucky Derby

Europe, Costa Rica, Alaskan or Hawaiian Cruise,

Maui, St. Lucia, Montego Bay 33,350 points

Master Level: Super Bowl for 2, Costa Rica, Europe, Cruise 50,000 points

For travel redemption: If a travel reward is selected, Capitol Marketing Concepts will issue travel and event vouchers as detailed on the following pages. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. When redeeming vouchers, all terms and conditions provided by Capitol Marketing Concepts, Inc. must be adhered to.
